长江三角洲土地利用经济效益空间格局及溢出效应研究

摘　　要：文章在分析长江三角洲2002-2014年土地利用经济效益空间结构演变和空间集聚格局基础上,定量分析了不同类型集聚区的经济溢出效应。研究表明:2002-2014年长江三角洲地区土地利用经济效益空间结构演变过程表现出典型的"中心—外围"结构,呈阶梯状发展态势;土地利用经济效益较高的单元日趋集中,空间集聚格局明显,区内差异逐渐缩小,上海、苏锡常地区形成了高水平集聚区,苏北、浙南等大部分县域一直是低水平集聚区;长江三角洲土地利用经济效益各集聚区都具有溢出效应,高水平集聚区经济溢出效应明显高于其他集聚区,土地利用经济效益本身较大集聚区,其经济溢出效应也较大,反之亦然。基于此,提出长江三角洲区域发展的相关建议。Based on the analysis of the spatial structure evolution and spatial agglomeration pattern in the Yangtze River Deltafrom 2002 to 2014, the paper quantitatively studies the economic spillover effects of different types of agglomeration areas. Thestudy shows that： The evolution of land use economic efficiency spatial structure supports the notion of＂core-periphery＂from2002 to 2014 in the Yangtze River Delta, and presents the development trend of ladder; The units of land use economic bene-fits high values have been more concentrated, the pattern of spatial agglomeration is more evident, and interregional disparitiesof land use economic efficiency are shrinking. Shanghai and Southern areas in Jiangsu province have been the higher level ag-glomeration regions. Northern Jiangsu and Southern Zhejiang have been the lower level agglomeration regions. Each agglomera-tion region has a spillover effect of economic benefit of land use in the Yangtze River Delta, but the economic spillover effectsin the higher level agglomeration regions are significantly higher than other agglomeration areas. Agglomeration economic ben-efit of land use in large, economic spillover effect is greater. Agglomeration economic benefit of land use in small, economicspillover effect is smaller. Based on this, the paper puts forward the related suggestions for the development of the Yangtze Riv-er Delta advice：
