摘　　要：海洋产业安全研究的最终目的是提高中国海洋产业的安全度,实现海洋经济的可持续发展。以中国海洋产业安全为研究对象,基于海洋产业安全的内涵,从海洋产业竞争力、承载力等方面构建海洋产业安全评价指标体系。通过集对分析法、海洋产业安全评价模型计算出中国沿海地区2001年、2006年、2011年和2013年的海洋产业安全度,并将沿海地区的海洋产业安全度划分为安全、基本安全、不安全和危险四个等级。根据海洋产业安全度的变化,得出中国海洋产业安全的时空分异特征:中国海洋产业安全区域在逐渐缩小,不安全区域在扩大,产业安全度呈整体下降趋势。通过分析各沿海地区海洋产业安全的影响因素,得出沿海各地区海洋产业安全发展均受到内外部影响因素的制约,同时存在不同地区海洋产业安全影响因素各异的结论,为各沿海地区未来海洋产业安全发展提供参考。The ultimate purpose of the marine industry safety evaluation research was raising the marine industry safety degree in China and real- izing the sustainable development of marine economy. The marine industry safety in China was taken as the research object in this paper. Some aspects such as the competition and capacity of marine industry constituted the evaluation indicator system of marine industry safety based on the connotation of marine industry safety. The marine industry safety degree at 2001,2006,2011and 2013 in coastal areas of China was calculated by set pair analysis and marine industry safety evaluation model. And the marine industry safety degree in coastal areas was divided into four classes. Namely：Safe, basic safe, unsafe and danger. It could be conclude the space - time differentiation character according to the ranges of the marine industry safety degree ： Marine industry safety areas were increasingly shrinking,but unsafe areas were enlarging and the whole marine industry safety degree took on sliding trend. Finally, conclusions were made that the marine industry safety development in whole coastal areas was affected by inner and outer factors and the influential factors for marine industry safety differed from various coastal areas through analyzing the influential factors for marine industry safety in each coastal area so that they could be seen as a reference for the marine industry safety development in the future at coastal areas of China.
