摘　　要：草原是开展生态旅游最适宜的场所,也是生态系统非常脆弱的区域。近年来草原生态旅游资源开发出现诸多问题,因此建立合理的草原生态旅游资源开发评价指标体系十分必要。从旅游可持续发展的角度出发,考虑草原生态环境的独特性与生态旅游资源本底特征,运用层次分析法,从资源条件、区位条件、环境条件三个方面建立草原生态旅游资源开发评价体系,并运用综合评价模型对巴音布鲁克草原生态旅游资源开发进行评价,为草原生态旅游资源评价与开发提供对策建议。Grassland was the paradise for ecotourism but also was an easily - destroyed part of the ecosystem. Grassland tourism kept booming in recent years, while multiple problems were seen amid the development process. Hence, it was quite necessary to establish a reasonable evaluation index system for the development of grassland ecotourism resources. From the perspective of sustainable tourism development, this paper took the unique eco- logical environment of grassland and the background characters of ecotourism resources into consideration, established the evaluation system for the de- velopment of grassland ecotourism resources by analyzing resource, location and environment conditions through analytic hierarchy process（AHP）, and evaluated the development of grassland ecotourism resources in Bayanbulak Grassland with the application of comprehensive assessment model. Coun- termeasures and suggestions were proposed in the thesis for the evaluation and development of grassland ecotourism resources.
