摘  要:为了研究区域土地利用变化对生态环境造成的影响,以2005年Landsat 5 TM与2014年Landsat 8OLI多光谱遥感影像数据为主要数据源,采用决策树分类方法辅以目视解译进行平潭县土地利用分类;从多风险源、多风险受体、多风险效应3个方面构建平潭县生态风险评价指标体系和模型,分析2005~2014年平潭县生态风险变化.结果表明:2005~2014年来,填海造陆、海岛开发建设等导致平潭县土地利用类型发生着较大变化,建设用地增加3 405.6 hm2,变化幅度最大;较之于2005年,2014年总体平均生态风险值上升0.03,大部分乡镇平均生态风险值上升;极低生态风险、低生态风险和中等生态风险等级的面积减少,高生态风险面积增加.平潭县生态风险的定量化综合评价可为区域生态环境与社会经济可持续发展提供科学依据,同时为土地利用生态风险指标体系与模型的科学合理构建提供参考.In order to study the effects of land use change on regional ecological environment, the method of deci- sion tree classification with visual interpretation was proposed for the land use change in Pingtan, the remote sensing images of Landsat 5 TM and Landsat 80LI were used as the main data sources; the multiple risk sources, multiple risk receptors and multiple risk effects were used to establish the ecological assessment index system and model, and the ecological risk changes from 2005 to 2014 in Pingtan were analyzed. The results indi- cated that : 1. the area of built-up land has increased by 3 405.6 hm2 due to land reclamation and the island de- velopment from 2005 to 2014 ; 2. the overall average of ecological risk valued increase by three percent from 2014 to 2005, with an growing tendency in most of ly, very low ecological risk region, low ecological villages and towns; 3. the area with three risk levels, name- risk region, and moderate ecological risk region decreased,whereas the level of high ecological risk increased. The quantitative assessment of ecological risk in Pingtan es- tablish a scientific foundation for the sustainable development of regional ecological environment and socio-economy, and provide a meaningful reference for scientific and reasonable construction of the ecological assessment in- dex system and model.
