推拿手法结合神阙灸治疗小儿腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察推拿手法结合神阙灸治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将患者68例按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组两组,各34例。对照组口服枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗;治疗组采用推拿手法结合神阙灸治疗。观察两组第1、4、7日临床疗效、症状积分,比较两组腹泻缓解所用时间、治疗时间。结果治疗组总有效率97.06%优于对照组的88.24%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前症状分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗第1、4、7日后的症状分级均优于于治疗前(P<0.01);且治疗第4、7日后治疗组症状分级优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组腹泻缓解所用时间、治疗所用天数均短于对照组(P<0.01)。观察过程中两组均未见严重不良事件。结论推拿手法结合神阙灸治疗小儿腹泻效果明显。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods： 68 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group had 34 patients. The control group was treated with Bacillus subtilis bivalent live bacteria granule. The treatment group was treated by massage combined with moxibustion treatment. The clinical efficacy, symptom score in the two groups in 1,4 and 7 days after the treatment were observed. The diarrhea remission time and the treatment time were compared between the two groups. Results： In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 97.06% which was superior to 88.24% （P 〈 0.05） in the control group. The difference on the symptom scores before the treatment between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉 0.05 ）. The symptom scores in the two groups in 1,4 and 7 days after the treatment were all significantly improved （P〈 0.01 ）. The symptom scores in the treatment group in 4 and 7 days after the treatment were superior to that of the control group （P〈 0.01 ）. The diarrhea remission time and the treatment time in the treatment group was relatively shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. No serious adverse events were found in the two groups during the observation. Conclusion： It has significant clinical effects to use massage combined with moxibustion in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.
