胃癌组织COMP蛋白表达的临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的观察软骨寡聚基质蛋白（COMP）在胃癌组织中的表达意义。方法采用免疫组化观察COMP蛋白组织芯片（包括正常胃黏膜、癌旁及胃癌组织）中的表达,并分析其表达的意义。结果免疫组化结果显示COMP蛋白在胃癌组织中阳性表达率高于正常胃黏膜和癌旁组织（P〈0.05）;癌旁组织高于正常胃黏膜组织（P〈0.05）;有淋巴结转移组织高于无淋巴结转移者（P〈0.05）;Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者组织高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期（P〈0.05）。结论COMP蛋白表达随着胃癌组织分化程度降低、淋巴结转移及TNM分期增加表达升高。Objective This study aimed to observe the expression significance of Cartilage oligomeric matrix protein（ COMP） in gastric cancer tissue. Methods The expression of COMP protein was observed by immunohistochemistry staining in normal gastric mucosa,cancer side tissue and gastric cancer and the expression significance of COMP protein was analyzed in gastric cancer tissue. Results The immunohistostaining results showed that the expressin positive rate of COMP protein was higher in gastric cancer tissue than that in normal gastric mucosa and cancer side tissue（ P〈0.05）,in cancer side tissue than that in normal gastric mucosa（ P〈0.05）,in lymphaden metastatic gastric cancer tissue than that in no lymphaden metastatic gastric cancer tissue（ P〈0.05） and in Ⅲ-Ⅳperiod patient gastric cancer tissue than that in Ⅰ-Ⅱperiod（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion As the differentaiation level decreased,lymphaden metastasis and TNM classification of gastric cancer increased,the expression rate of COMP protein was heightened.
