摘  要:设计了核仪表应用系统,用于工业现场连续料位监测,主机移植Win CE内核,通过串口通信,数据遵循Hart协议,兼容现有的工业DCS系统,软件提供图形用户界面完成设置、标定和监测,系统采用中位值平均滤波防止随机信号干扰,现场参数和监测信息利用SQLite数据库进行存储和管理,提高应用系统的处理性能、安全性和可维护性。对于1.5×10~9Bq的^(137)Cs标准源,现场料位测量准确度在91%至98%之间。Nuclear instrumentation application system is designed for continuous material level monitoring in the industrial field. Its host is installed with WinCE kernel through the serial port communication. The data of the host follows the Hart protocol, and is compatible with the existing industrial DCS system. Its software provides graphical user interface, by which, a series of setup, monitoring and calibration is completed. The median average filter is used in the application system to prevent random signal interference, and the field parameters and monitoring information are stored in and managed by SQLite database in order to improve the processing performance, safety and maintainability of the system. With ^137Cs standard source of 1.5 × 10^9 Bq, the accuracy of the site material level measurement is between 91% and 98%.
