摘　　要：基于PLM(产品生命周期管理)协同设计系统建立面向制造过程的三维工艺设计、仿真的数字化工艺平台,实现制造BOM(物料清单)的编制和管理,实现工艺路线定义与划分,实现组装工艺过程和机加工艺过程的三维设计和仿真,实现对工装、工具、刀具等工艺资源的管理,从而全面提升工艺设计能力,提高工艺管理水平,并缩短工艺准备周期进而缩短新产品研发周期。PLM combined with design system for manufacturing process,establish 3D process technology design,simulation platform for the digital technology,then realize management of manufacturing BOM,realize the process definition and classification,implement assembly process and 3D design and simulation of machining process,realize the fixtures,tools,cutting tools,such as process resource management,so as to improve process design ability,improve the level of process management,and shorten the process cycle and shorten new product development cycle.
