摘 要:为实现轮缘与钢轨之间的优化润滑,华宝轮缘润滑提出一种控制策略,即在定时喷脂基础上,通过检测机车车体横向振动信号实现在曲线线路上选择性的单侧加量喷脂润滑,为了验证该控制策略的有效性,设计了一套机车振动信号采集装置。本采集装置以微处理器C8051F020为控制核心,以锂电池供电,通过加速度传感器ADXL203检测机车振动信号,并将数据存储于Micro SD卡中。装车试验后的数据分析表明:通过检测基于加速度传感器的机车车体振动信号可以识别曲线线路,并可实现有选择性的单侧加量喷脂润滑。In order to realize the optimization of lubrication between the flange and rail,HB wheel flange lubrication put forward one control strategy,based on the timing injection,implementation of unilateral plus the amount of spray lipid lubrication in the curve on the line through the selective detection of locomotive transverse vibration signal,in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy,a set of vibration signal acquisition was designed.Data acquisition device based on microprocessor C8051F020 as the control core,the lithium battery,the acceleration sensor ADXL203 to detecting the vibration signal,and the data stored in the micro SD card.After testing,the data analysis shows that:the detection of vibration signal of locomotive based on acceleration sensor can identify the curve line,and can realize additional spray lipid lubrication selectivity.
