摘 要:通过对C:0.020%,Mn:0.158%,Ti:0.092%的热轧酸洗搪瓷钢三组试样:搪烧前、一次搪烧(800℃搪烧10 min)后、二次搪烧(在一次搪烧的基础上,再次800℃搪烧10 min)后的三组试样,用TH值法研究其储氢能力变化。发现烧搪前试样的晶粒度为8.5,金相组织为铁素体加少量渗碳体,TH值为2.47 min·mm^(-2)。一次搪烧和二次搪烧后试样,其晶粒度和金相组织与搪烧前试样无显著变化。一次搪烧后试样TH值变为1.65 min·mm^(-2),二次搪烧后试样TH值变为1.64 min·mm^(-2)。TH值的减小主要是因为二相粒子的数量减少。The hydroge-storage capacity of the hot rolled and pickled enamel steel,which C / Mn / Ti content was0. 020% /0. 158% /0. 092%,was studied by TH method. There were three kinds of samples: before enameling burning ones,once enameling burning( heating at 800 ℃ for 10 mins) ones and secondary enameling burning( heating at 800 ℃ for10 mins on a basis of once enameling burning) ones. The metallographic of samples before burning,whose grain size was8. 5 grade,was Ferrite and a few Centites,and the TH of it was 2. 47 min·mm^-2. The sizes and the metallographics of the samples after once burning and twice burning had no significant different from samples before burning. The TH of once burning sample was 1. 65 min·mm^-2,while that of secondary burning sample was 1. 64 min·mm^-2. The declining of the THs of once and twice burning samples were contributing to the reducing of second phase particles.
