摘　　要：介绍了10 k V配电所微机继电保护及监控系统设计方案,通过采取面向对象的设计方法,采用分层、分布式开放的系统结构,在安钢360 m^2烧结机系统10 k V中心配电所得到了良好的应用,配电所运行的安全性和可靠性得到了根本性的改善。The design plan of the microcomputer relay protection and monitoring system for 10 k V power distribution were introduced,the object-oriented design method and the hierarchical and distributed open system structure were adopted in the 10 k V distribution for Anyang steel＇s 360 m^2 sintering system,the security and reliability of distribution operation were improved.
