摘　　要：分析了安钢集团永通铸管公司烧结配矿存在问题,深入开展配矿研究,规范烧结低成本配矿方案制定;开发应用烧结低成本配矿测算系统,采用配矿数学模型优化配料计算,并为铁矿粉采购提供科学高效的化学成分评价信息;完善烧结自动配料控制系统,精益配料作业。烧结低成本配矿体系构建效益显著。Problems of sintering ore proportioning in Yongtong Pipe of Anyang Steel are analyzed,research of ore matching is carried out,establishment of low cost sintering ore blending scheme is regulated. Low cost sintering measuring system is developed and applied,mathematical model is adopted to optimize the calculation of proportioning,and to provide scientific and efficient evaluation information for the purchase of iron ore powder. Sintering automatic batching control system is improved to perfect the batching operation. Low cost sintering ore proportioning system has significant benefits.
