高校思想政治理论课教师赢得话语权的策略分析

摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课教师要想赢得话语权,不仅需要政府、学校等社会力量的支持,更需要勤练内功。教师平时多注重提高自身的理论修养,提升自身的教学艺术,加强自身的人格修养,不断提升自身话语的解释力、吸引力和感召力,坚持不懈,日积月累,话语权的实现就会水到渠成。Ifa college political teacher wants to win the power of speech in class, he not only needs the support of the government, schools and other social forces, ＂but also needs more practical work. The political teacher should try to improve theoretical accomplishment, improve art of teaching, and strengthen charm of personality. Through these methods, the power of interpretation attraction and infection for speech can be improved gradually. Over a long period, the realization of the power of speech will follow.
