不同培养条件对金钗石斛悬浮培养细胞生长的影响

摘　　要：研究了培养温度、培养时间、初始p H、摇床转速对金钗石斛液体悬浮培养的影响。结果表明,在培养条件分别为培养温度为25℃、培养天数为30d、初始p H为6、摇床转速为120r/min时,金钗石斛原球茎增殖量最大,石斛碱的积累量也相对最高。This study investigated the culture temperature, cultivation time, initial pH, rotation speed of Suspension Cultured in Dendrobium nobile. The results showed that optimized culture conditions were initial pH 6, 25℃ of culture temperature, rotation speed at 120r/min, and 30 days of cultiva- tion. Under those culture conditions, Dendrobium nobile could enhance the multiplication coefficient and the growth vigor of the protocorm.
