摘　　要：十八届四中全会精神与法治国土的会议部署凸显了中国地质调查工作法治建设任务的重要性。通过简略回顾地质调查工作历史,本文提出了从战略引导、职责法定、科技创新、依法治局四方面谋划中国地质调查事业的法治建设路径。在此基础上,笔者提出了《中国地质调查机构法治建设施工图》提纲,包括指导思想、制度体系和法律基石、机构设置和队伍建设以及战略布局和法治规划等、决策参谋和法律管控等。The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Working Conference on Promoting Overall Construction of the rule of law for National Land highlighted the importance of construction of the rule of law in China geological survey. Through a brief review on the history of China geological survey work, the paper puts forward ways for construction of the rule of law for China Geological Survey in 4 respects： with strategies as guidance, clarify responsibilities by law, promote scientific innovation, govern China Geological Survey by law. On this basis, the author puts forward an outline of the Construction of the rule of law in China Geological Survey Institutions involving guiding ideology, institutional system, legal basis, organization structuring, team building, strategic layout, planning of the rule of law, decision-making advisory, legal control, etc.
