高校图书馆艺术类图书拒借问题探析

摘　　要：在大流通服务模式下,高校图书馆艺术类图书的借阅量一直名列前茅,但各种拒借问题也一直居高不下。本文在深入分析拒借问题的产生原因基础上,从硬件、软件建设和读者教育等方面提出有针对性的解决办法和补救措施。In the large circulation service mode, the amount of borrowing Art Books in University Library has been among the best, hut a variety of refusing phenomena has been high. Based on the cause of the refusing phenomenon by the in-depth analysis, this paper proposes a wide range of targeted solutions and remedies, such as hardware, software, and education of readers.
