摘　　要：论文在分析和研究现阶段的城建档案管理方式和技术的基础上,提出和实现了一种基于WebGIS、工作流引擎和ftp技术的数字城建档案管理平台,该平台采用C/S和B/S相结合的方式,提高了平台的工作效率和信息共享质量,通过多层次的数据库设计,实现了空间数据和非空间数据的有效管理。通过平台建设满足了城建档案的存储、管理、利用、信息共享的基本需求,并应用GIS技术为未来城建档案管理提供了一种新的研究和应用方向。This paper analysis and research on the urban construction archives management mode and technology, on the basis of put forward and realized a kind of based on WebGIS, workflow engine and FTP technology of digital urban construction archives manage- ment platform, platform using CS and the combination of BS, improve work efficiency and quality of information sharing platform, through multi - level database design, implements the effective management of spatial data and non - spatial data. Meet through the platform construction and urban construction archives storage, management, utilization, the basic requirement of information sharing, and application of GIS technology for the future urban construction archives management provides a new direction of research and ap- plication.
