摘　　要：精神压力是当代大学生成长发展的普遍阻碍。当代大学生面临的主要精神压力包括利益强化下的价值取向压力、社会竞争机制下的学业和就业压力、宽容与多样社会条件下的自主选择压力、环境适应差异下的个体挫败性压力。面对精神压力,多数大学生能够积极应对和转化,但也有部分学生消极懈怠,这既有社会的原因,也有大学生自身的原因,而根本原因还需要从大学生自身去寻找。必须通过牢固树立理想信念的精神支柱、积极培养个人自主性和能动性、大力强化高校人文价值关怀的使命与责任、切实优化社会发展环境和网络环境等措施促进大学生精神压力的有效转化,多渠道构建大学生精神世界。Mental pressure is a common obstacle to the growth and development of college students. The main mental pressure college stu- dents are facing now includes the value orientation pressure under the benefit enhancement, academic and employment pressure under the social competition mechanism, independent choice pressure under the tolerance and various social conditions, and individual frustration pressure under different environmental adaptation. Facing the mental pressure,most college students can actively respond to and transform, but there are also some students are negative slack. The emergence of the latter situation not only for the social reasons, but also for the reasons of college stu- dents themselves,and the root cause is still to be sought from the college students themselves. Fim^y establishing the spiritual pillar of the ideal and faith,actively cultivating the autonomy and initiative, vigorously strengthening the mission and responsibility of Colleges and Universities in humanistic value care, and effeetively optimizing the environment of social development and network should be the positive measures to promote the effective transformation of college students＇ mental pressure and construct the spiritual world for them.
