摘　　要：介绍了杭州拱墅区为治理城市内河污染而进行的地下排水管网普查和污染源调查实施程序和作业过程,普查成果为拱墅区城市管理部门进行雨污分流改造提供了决策依据,同时也为城区排水管线的信息化管理提供了重要基础数据。针对污染源调查专项工作,从污染源的确定到排污量计算等都做了详细介绍。The program implementation and the process operation for drainage pipe network census and pollution source investigation on urban river pollution governance in Hangzhou Gongshu area is introduced,which has given a decision for distribution of rain and sewage by urban management department in Gongshu area,and has also given an important basic data for information management of urban drainage pipe line.Based on pollution source investigation specific working,form the pollution source determination to the emissive pollution calculation,it is also been introduced.
