摘 要:为了探讨低温胁迫对玉米自交系幼苗器官建成的影响,为玉米耐低温品种改良奠定基础。本研究以209份玉米自交系为材料,采用低温发芽试验、常温发芽试验方法,对幼苗形态建成进行研究。结果表明:12.5℃是评价玉米自交系耐低温的适宜温度。与常温25℃相比,在12.5℃低温下幼苗生长受到了极大阻碍,幼芽干重平均下降75%,下降幅度为42%-90%;幼根干重平均下降66%,下降幅度为4%-96%;幼苗整株干重平均下降71%,下降幅度为41%-91%。低温下参试自交系幼苗根冠比平均值为1.16,较常温相比增加了29%,根冠比增大显著,幼芽较幼根对低温反应更为敏感。这表明低温对玉米自交系幼苗的形态建成有明显影响,且低温条件下不同自交系形态建成存在明显差异。The purpose of this study was to explore effects of low temperature stress on seedling morphogenesis in maize inbred lines, and to lay the foundation for the improvement of low temperature resistant varieties of maize resistance. 209 maize inbred lines were used as materials, and the seedling morphogenesis was investigated by low temperature germination test and normal temperature germination test. The result showed that 12.5℃ was suitable for temperature evaluation of maize inbred lines resistant to low temperature. Compared with the normal treatment(25 ℃), seedling growth was significantly inhibited under12.5 ℃. The average dry weight of shoot decreased by 75%, and decreased in the range of 42% to 90%. The average dry weight of root decreased by 66%, and decreased in the range of 4% to 96%. The average dry weight of seedling decreased by71%, and decreased in the range of 41% to 91%. The ratio of root to shoot increased by 29% compared with that under normal temperature, and the evaluation was 1.16 on average under the low temperature. The rattio of root to shoot increased significantly, and shoot was more sensitive to low temperature than root. The result indicated that the low temperature had a remarkable influence on the seedling morphogenesis of maize inbred lines, and there were significant differences in the seedling morphogenesis of different inbred lines under low temperature.
