摘 要:为了探究Ca Cl2对Na Cl胁迫下酸枣幼苗生理指标的影响。本研究以酸枣水培幼苗为试验材料,研究了Ca Cl2对Na Cl胁迫下酸枣幼苗叶片H2O2、O2-含量,根系活力,地上和地下部分可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、As A、DHA、GSH、GSSG的影响。结果显示:与对照相比,Na Cl胁迫下酸枣幼苗叶片H2O2、O2-大量积累,地上和地下部分可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸升高,As A、DHA增加,根系活力、GSH减小,GSSG先升后降。与Na Cl胁迫相比,营养液中加入Ca Cl25 d时,幼苗叶片H2O2、O2-积累减少较明显,根系活力增加显著且与其它时间组相比增加最大,是Na Cl处理的2.57倍,地上和地下部分可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、GSH含量均显著升高(P<0.05)且与其它时间组相比增加最大,分别是Na Cl处理的17.42%、26.24%、16.57%、61.63%、18.02%、22.63%、12.24%、62.24%;与Na Cl胁迫相比,营养液中加入Ca Cl23 d时,地上和地下部分As A、DHA、GSSG含量显著升高(P<0.05)且与其它时间组相比变化较大,分别为Na Cl处理的51.79%、26.01%、7.49%、53.96%、17.71%、2.37%。外源Ca Cl2可缓解Na Cl胁迫对酸枣幼苗的伤害,从而增强幼苗对盐胁迫的适应性。The aim of this study was to explore the effects of Ca Cl2 on physiological indexes of sour jujube seedlings under Na Cl stress. The effects of Ca Cl2 on H2O2content, O2-content in leaves, root activity and soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline content, As A, DHA, GSH and GSSG in the shoots and roots of sour jujube seedlings under Na Cl stress were investigated in the present study by means of hydroponic experiment. The results indicated that Na Cl stress significantly increased H2O2 content, O2-content in leaves compared with the control(without Na Cl). The soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline content, As A and DHA in the shoots and roots were also significantly increased. In contrast, Na Cl stress significantly reduced root activity and the content of GSH. The content of GSSG first rise then drop under Na Cl stress. Compared with Na Cl stress, the treatment of 5 day Na Cl stress supplement with Ca Cl2 significantly reduced H2O2 content, O2-content in leaves; on day 5, the root activity in the treatment of Na Cl stress supplement with Ca Cl2 was significantly increased than that in the Na Cl stress, which was 2.57 times of Na Cl treatment; the soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline content and GSH content were also increased signicantly(P〈0.05) in shoot and root, which was 17.42%, 26.24%, 16.57% and 61.63%, and in root which were 18.02%,22.63%, 12.24% and 62.24% respectively. On day 3, AsA content, DHA content and GSSG content were significantly increased(P〈0.05) and change significantly compared with other days, which were 51.79%, 26.01% and 7.49% of NaC l treatment in shoot, and in root which were 53.96%, 17.71% and 2.37%,respectively. In conclusion, CaC l2 could alleviate the damage of NaC l stress and improve the adaptability of seedlings to salt stress.
