摘　　要：通过分析建设工程监理行业现状,及工程施工中常见的几种监理管理模式,结合江西省公路施工监理工作,提出工程建设监理改革的趋势和取得的成效。Through the analysis on the current situation of construction project supervision industry and several kinds of the most common supervision management modes during the engineering construction, and in combination with the highway construction supervision work in Jiangxi province, the reform tendency of engineering construction supervision and obtained effect are put forward.
