超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创手术的术中配合及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创手术的术中配合及护理要点。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年12月经超声与临床诊断为乳腺肿块患者189例为研究对象,所有患者行超声引导下麦默通行乳腺肿块微创切除术,术中加强配合与护理。结果所有患者均手术成功,平均手术时间(18.3±9.1)min,术后平均住院时间(2.1±1.6)d。术后1例发生手术针道出血,1例发生术后皮下血肿,3例出现皮肤瘀斑,经对症处理后好转。结论良好的术中护理配合可促进超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创手术的顺利进行,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the cooperation and nursing of mammotome under the guidance of ultrasound in minimally invasive breast surgery. Methods One hundred and eighty-nine cases of patients with breast lump diagnosised by ultrasound from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. All the patients were treated with the mammotome under the guidance of ultrasound in minimally invasive breast surgery and the cooperation and nursing were performed during the operation. Results The operation of all patients was successful, the average operation time was （18.3±9.1）min, and the average length of hospital stay was （2.1 ±1.6）d. After operation, surgical needle bleeding occurred in 1 cases, postoperative subcutaneous hematoma occurred in 1 cases, and skin ecchymosis occurred in 3 cases,and improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Good intraoperative nursing cooperation can help mammotome under the guidance of ultrasound in minimally invasive breast surgery to carry out smoothly and reduce the occurrence of complications.
