综合护理干预对不孕症患者心理状况及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析综合护理干预对不孕症患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法抽取100例不孕症患者,采用随机分组方法平均分为两组,即观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规治疗与护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。60 d后,对两组进行心理状况和生活质量的分析。结果干预前,观察组与对照组焦虑与抑郁程度方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组和对照组焦虑、抑郁发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生理功能、生理职能、情感功能和心理健康这四个维度的比较上,观察组得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能明显改善不孕症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,以及生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychologic state and quality of life for infertility patients. Methods One hundred cases of infertile patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group, according to random allocation. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The psychologic state and living quality between the two groups after 2 months were compared. Results The degree of anxiety and depression of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After intervention, the degrees of anxiety and depression of the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）; the scores of physiological function, role physical, emotional function, mental health of observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve infertile patients＇ anxiety and depression and their quality of life.
