摘　　要：互联网的快速发展拓宽了各行各业发展的平台,也给传统教育方式带来冲击,"互联网+教育",成为当下教育领域研究的热点问题。在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,创新人文素质教育成为高校的迫切任务。在"互联网+"视域下,人文素质教育具有"融合""开放"及"个性化"特点。人文素质教育要充分利用互联网技术,采取"线上线下双轨并行"的方式,一方面搭建线上教育平台,另一方面深化改革线下人文教育。With the rapid development of Internet,a variety of platforms in different fields has been established,yet the concussion of the Internet to the traditional education system is obvious l. As a result,‘Internet ＋ education＇is becoming a hot issue. Considering the current development,of education,discovering new approaches to Humanistic Quality Education（ HQE） is now a vital task for colleges. Under the circumstances of‘Internet ＋ ＇,characteristics of fusion,openness and personality are added to HQE. Internet technology can be adopted in HQE with the pattern of double line（ online and offline）. Namely,online teaching platform would be established while the traditional offline system should be deeply reformed.
