摘  要:在对大量的盆式绝缘子电气性能测试过程中,发现带有金属法兰的盆式绝缘子在正常测试条件下,局部放电测试存在不稳定的现象。文中通过三维有限元仿真分析同时结合验证性试验,从理论和实验上确认了该现象发生的根本原因在于外围金属法兰与环氧树脂浇注材料间的气隙宽度偏低,最终导致气隙发生局部放电。同时仿真结果表明:气隙宽度和环氧浇注材料的介电常数对气隙电场有较大影响,气隙宽度越小,相应气隙电场越大;介电常数越大,相应气隙电场越大。针对查找出的问题点,提出通过改变填料的比例份数来调节环氧树脂浇注材料的介电常数和气隙宽度,达到了优化气隙电场的目的,提高了产品的合格率。In the processes of electrical performance test for a large number of basin insulators,it is found that the partial discharge test of the basic insulator with metal flange existed the phenomenon of instability under normal test conditions. This paper combines the three dimensional finite element simulation analysis with the verification test at the same time, it is confirmed that the main cause of this phenomenon is due to the lower air gap width, and the air gap has contributed to partial discharge, the same simulation results showed that, the width of the gap and the dielectric constant of epoxy resin casting materials have a greater impact on the electric field in air gap. The smaller the width of the air gap leads to the higher electric field in the gap, and the greater the dielectric constant leads to the higher the electric field in the gap. By changing the proportion of filler parts to adjust the dielectric constant and the air gap width of the epoxy resin casting material, the electric field in the air gap has been optimized. The qualified rate of the product has been improved.
