摘 要:为了研究干式空心并联电抗器绝缘开裂、树枝状放电导致的干式空心电抗器匝间短路事故,文中采用Ansys场—路耦合有限元分析方法,对一台BKDK-20000/35大型电抗器建立仿真模型,通过对干式空心并联电抗器进行电场分布仿真并对电动力数值解析,讨论了因匝数偏差对该电抗器绝缘被破坏的可能性。研究结果表明:内部绝缘匝间电场最大场强比包封端部高;根据计算匝间场强最大值,气隙场强达到2.04 kV/mm,足以发生沿面放电;发现投入电抗器时的暂态电动力增大,并且接近稳态电动力的4倍;匝数偏差造成有偏差层线圈投入暂态电动力的相位发生横向改变,电动力最大值也明显增加。因沿面放电和暂态电动力对匝间绝缘材料起老化和破坏作用,因此会造成干式空心电抗器匝间短路事故,这为干式空心电抗器的事故分析提供依据。In order to study the inter-turn short circuit accident of dry type air core reactor, which is caused by insula- tion cracking and branch discharge of dry type air core shunt reactor, this paper using Ansys field circuit coupled fi- nite element analysis method, a BKDK-2000&35 large reactor simulation model is established, through the simulation of the electric field distribution and the numerical analysis of the eleetrodynamic force for dry-type air-core shunt reac- tor, the insulation destroyed possibility caused by inter-turns deviation of the reactor is discussed. The results show that the maximum electric field strength in internal insulation inter-turn is higher than that in packet blocking, According to the calculation value of inter-turn maximum electric field strength, the air gap field strength reaches 2.04 kV/mm, which is sufficient to occur the surface discharge. It is found that the transient eleetrodynamic force increases when the reactor is input, and it is close to 4 times of the steady state electrodynamic force.Turns deviation will cause the phase lateral changed of the transient electrodynamie force in the deviation layer coil, the maximum value of the transient electrodynamic force is also increased significantly. The surface discharge and the transient electrodynamic force will be aging and failure to inter-turn insulation material. Therefore, it will cause the inter-turn short circuit accident of dry- type air-core reactor, which provides the basis for the accident analysis of dry-type air-core reactor.
