摘 要:为了研究温度对变压器匝间油纸绝缘电老化过程的影响,文中设计了变压器匝间油纸绝缘模型线圈及试验系统,用步进升压法进行了模型线圈在常温22℃及运行温度80℃下的电老化试验。采用一种基于极大似然思想的数据处理方法,求取了油纸绝缘反幂模型中的常数A及电压寿命指数N,并用恒定电压法验证了所得反幂模型的正确性。结果表明:步进电压法可以用于变压器匝间油纸绝缘的电老化研究;与常温下相比,在电压低于某一阈值时运行温度下变压器匝间油纸绝缘模型线圈的电老化速度较慢,寿命较长,在电压高于该阈值时恰好相反;电老化不是变压器绝缘材料老化的最主要因素。In order to investigate the influence of temperature on electrical ageing process of transformer turn-to-turn oil-pressboard insulation, the model coil and test system of transformer turn-to-turn oil-pressboard insulation are set up. Using step-voltage into the booster method the electrical ageing test of model coil is carried on at normal temper- ature(22 ℃) and operating temperature(80℃) respectively. Based on the data processing method of maximum likeli hood, the constant A and voltage endurance coefficient N in oil-pressboard insulation inverse power model are obtained. The validity of inverse power model is proved with constant voltage method. The result shows that step- voltage can be used to study the electrical ageing of transformer turn-to-turn oil-pressboard insulation. Compared with normal temperature, the speed of the electrical ageing of transformer turn-to-turn oil-pressboard insulation coil is slower when the voltage below a certain threshold, the life of the coil is long. It is just the opposite when voltage is higher than the threshold. Electrical aging is not the most important factor of transformer insulation aging.
