摘  要:采用新型固体超强碱3%(w)K/K_2CO_3催化丙烯二聚合成4-甲基-1-戊烯(4MP1),考察了反应温度、反应时间、丙烯进料量、m(丙烯)∶m(催化剂)及催化剂重复使用对反应的影响,研究了催化剂的异构化活性。实验结果表明,在150℃、20 h、丙烯进料量27 g、m(丙烯)∶m(催化剂)=2.7条件下,丙烯转化率为43%,二聚产物的选择性为99.3%,4MP1的选择性为86.3%,反应诱导期为3.3 h,丙烯平均反应速率为0.062 g/(g·h);催化剂可重复使用4次,在重复使用过程中,丙烯转化率、二聚产物的选择性和4MP1的选择性均缓慢下降,反应诱导时间逐渐延长。催化剂的异构化活性占二聚活性的26%,异构化活性较高。The dimerization of propylene to 4-methyl-l-pentene(4MP1) catalyzed by a solid superbase catalyst, 3%(w)K/K2CO3, was studied, and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, reaction pressure, feeding amount, mass ratio ofpropylene to catalyst and catalyst reuse times on the dimerization were investigated. It was indicated that, under the conditions of propylene 27 g, m(propylene) : m(catalyst) 2.7, reaction temperature 150 ℃ and reaction time 20 h, the conversion of propylene, the selectivity to dimmers, the selectivity to 4MP1 and the induction time were 43%, 99.3%, 86.3% and 3.3 h, respectively. After the catalyst was reused 4 times, the catalyst activity decreased rapidly, the selectivities to both dimmers and 4MP1 decreased, and the induction time was prolonged. The activity of the catalyst in isomerizations was as high as 26% of the activity in the dimerization.
