摘 要:以苯基含氢硅油和烯丙基甲基聚醚为原料,异丙醇为溶剂,氯铂酸为催化剂,通过硅氢加成反应合成聚醚改性苯基含氢硅油非离子表面活性剂(PMPS),利用FTIR和1H NMR对PMPS的结构进行表征,以Si—H转化率和PMPS表面张力为衡量指标,采用响应面法对PMPS的合成条件进行优化,并将PMPS与直链化脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(FAPE)进行表面性能比较。表征结果显示,烯丙基甲基聚醚已接枝到聚硅氧烷的主链上,且符合设计结构。实验结果表明,PMPS的最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度123℃,反应时间7 h,n(C=C)∶n(Si—H)=1.20,在该条件下Si—H转化率为84.89%,PMPS表面张力为26.08 m N/m,与模型预测值基本接近。PMPS的综合表面活性比FAPE更高,具有良好的破乳效果。A non-ionic surfactant, polyether modified phenyl silicone oil(PMPS), was synthesized from phenyl silicone oil and allyl methyl polyether with isopropanol as solvent and chloroplatinic acid as catalyst. The product was characterized by means of FTIR and 1H NMR. The synthesis conditions were optimized by the response surface methodology with the conversion of Si-H and the surface tension of PMPS as indicators. The surface properties of PMPS were compared with another surfactant, linear chain fatty alcohol ethoxylate(FAPE). It was showed that, under the optimal conditions of reaction time of 7 h, reaction temperature of 123 ~C and n(C^C) : n(Si--H) of 1.20, the conversion of Si--H and the surface tension of PMPS reached 84.89% and 26.08 raN/m, respectively. The results agreed with the predicted values well. The surface activity of PMPS is higher than that of FAPE and it has good demulsification.
