摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和耐高温聚酯二元醇(NCL)等为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂,二羟甲基丁酸和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂、丙烯酸羟乙酯为封端剂,制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯,然后加入KPS引发剂合成了具有核壳结构的无胺型磺酸型聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯(WPUA)乳液,利用FTIR,XRD,TEM,TG等方法研究了WPUA乳液及其胶膜的结构和性能。表征结果显示,WPUA乳液不含三乙胺,性能稳定,乳液粒子平均粒径为50~55 nm。实验结果表明,合成WPUA适宜的TMP用量为1.5%(w)(基于乳液体系质量)、n(NCL)∶n(BDO)=1.5,在此条件下得到的WPUA乳液胶膜的耐热性、耐水性及机械性能等性能较好。该磺酸型WPUA满足软包装行业市场要求,是一种新型的无挥发性有机溶剂水性环保材料。The sulfonate-based aqueous polyurethane(WPU) was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate, polyester diol(NCL) and methyl methacrylate with dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst, trimethylolpropane(TMP) as crosslinking agent, dimethylol butanoic acid and 1, 4-butanediol(BDO) as chain extenders and hydroxyethyl acrylate as end-capping agent. Then triethylamine-free aqueous polyurethane-polyacrylate(WPUA) with core-shell structure was synthesized with KPS as initiator. The WPUA emulsions and films were characterized by means of FTIR, XRD, TEM and TG. The WPUA triethylamine-free emulsions showed a good stability and the average particle size was in the range of 50-55 nm. The experimental results indicated that, under the appropriate conditions for synthesizing WPUA: TMP dosage 1.5%(w)(based on the emulsion mass) and n(NCL) : n (BDO) 1.5, the prepared WPUA emulsion had good heat resistance, water resistance and mechanical properties. The synthetic sulfonate-based WPUA could meet the requirements of special packaging materials, and was environmentally-friendly without volatile organic solvents.
