摘  要:采用Ross-Miles法,以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为原料得到泡沫体系CX35,再将CX35与表面活性剂复配得到了泡沫驱油剂ZX35。利用泡沫仪、界面张力仪和岩心驱替装置考察了ZX35的性能。实验结果表明,当m(CX35)∶m(石油磺酸盐)∶m(甘油)=1.0∶0.7∶0.3时,ZX35具有良好的起泡性能和低界面张力,起泡高度可达95 mm以上,稳泡能力达到0.946。ZX35具有较好的耐温、耐盐、耐油性能,当溶液矿化度为8×10~4 mg/L时,ZX35的泡沫高度为103.3 mm,稳泡性能仍大于0.950。在15 d内,ZX35具有较强的界面活性。当ZX35含量为0.3%(w)时,驱油效果最突出,比水驱提高采收率17.52百分点。A foam system, CX35, was prepared from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, dodecyl dimethyl betaine and cationic polyacrylamide by the Ross-Miles method, and then a foam displacement agent, ZX35, was got through compounding CX35 with surfactants. The performances of ZX35 were studied by means of bubble meter, interracial tensiometer and rock core displacement device. The results indicated that, ZX35 had good foaming ability and low interfacial tension with the foaming height of more than 95 mm and the foam stability of 0.946 when m(CX35) : m(petroleum sulfonate) : re(glycerin) was 1.0 : 0.7 : 0.3. ZX35 had good heat resistance, salt resistance and oil resistance. Its foam height was 103.3 mm and the foam stability was greater than 0.950 when the solution salinity was 8 ×104 mg/L. ZX35 had good interfacial activity within 15 d. When the content of ZX35 was 0.3%(w), the oil displacement effect was the most prominent, with enhanced oil recovery 17.52% compared to water flooding.
