摘 要:综述了ICP-MS在石油化工领域的应用,包括用于原油、燃料油、石脑油、渣油、石油沥青和石油焦中有害微量元素杂质含量的分析,原油油源区域的筛选和溢油鉴别,食品接触塑料包装材料中有毒有害元素含量的分析等。综述了GC-ICPMS在聚合单体、天然气和石油产品中的应用,详细介绍了GC-ICP-MS在测定乙烯聚合单体中痕量磷化氢和丙烯聚合单体中痕量砷化氢含量中的应用。The application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) in petrochemical industry was summarized. The determination of trace harmful impurities in crude oil, fuel oil, naphtha, residual oil, asphalt and oil coke, screening of crude oil, identification of spilled oil, and analysis of poisonous elements in food contact plastic packaging materials by means of ICP- MS were reviewed. The application of gas chromatography coupled with ICP-MS(GC-ICP-MS) in the analysis of monomers, natural gas and oil products was introduced also. Particular attention was given to the application of GC-ICP-MS in the determination of trace phosphine in ethylene and trace arsine in propylene.
