摘　　要：公民社会责任意识的担当,既是公民人格健全的体现,也是社会主义和谐社会建设的需要,更是伟大中国梦实现的必然要求。公民社会责任意识的培育不仅是政府的责任,更是学校、家庭和社会的责任。因此,当前开展公民社会责任意识的培养,应从社会教育、学校教育、家庭教育三个途径出发,建立三位一体的多元性与全面性相结合的科学培养体系。Citizens to fulfill their social responsibility is the embodiment of the citizens＇ healthy personalities,the needs of the construction of socialist harmonious society,and the inevitable requirement of the great Chinese Dream to achieve. The cultivation of citizen social responsibility consciousness is not only the responsibility of the government,but also the responsibility of the school,the family and the society. Therefore,the current cultivation of citizen＇s awareness of social responsibility should be fulfilled from the establishing ＂trinity＂： social education,school education,family education and comprehensive combination of scientific training system.
