β淀粉样肽40与2型糖尿病下肢大血管病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨血清β淀粉样肽40(β-amyloid peptide 40,Aβ40)和2型糖尿病下肢大血管病变有无联系。方法:临床筛选研究对象共155例,其中单纯糖尿病组55例,2型糖尿病合并下肢大血管病变组50例,正常对照组50例,检测血清β淀粉样肽40、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等生化指标进行对比分析。结果:糖尿病病人β淀粉样肽40高于对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病有并发症组病人β淀粉样肽40高于无并发症组(P<0.05)。结论:β淀粉样肽40水平可能与2型糖尿病下肢大血管病变有联系。Objective： Study the serum beta amyloid peptide 40 with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the relationship between lower limb vascular lesion. Methods： Clinical screening of the object of study,A total of 155 cases,Simple diabetes group 55 cases,Type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 cases of lower limb vascular lesion group,50 cases of normal control group,serum beta amyloid peptide respectively 40, total cholesterol,triglycerides,fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and compared them. Results： Beta amyloid peptide 40 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus serum levels higher than normal control group（P〈0.05）, diabetic lower limb vascular lesion group of beta amyloid peptide 40 serum levels higher than simple diabetes group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Rise in beta amyloid peptide 40 serum expression may be related to the occurrence and development of diabetic lower limb vascular lesion.
