摘 要:蚊类是常见的重要医学媒介昆虫,种类繁多、形态多样,不仅骚扰吸血,部分种类更是多种严重疾病的重要传播媒介。不同的蚊类携带病原体的类型也不同,因此,蚊类鉴定对于了解疾病的扩散和传播非常重要。本文参阅已发表的文献,并结合实际工作,对96微孔板鉴定芯片的原理、优越性及其在蚊类快速鉴定上的应用前景展望进行综述。该技术具有准确、快速、高通量等特点,对缩短鉴定周期,提高鉴定常见蚊虫效率,构筑卫生检疫安全屏障具有重要意义。Mosquitoes are important medical vectors, which contain various species with different morphology. They are not only disturb and suck blood from human-beings, but also are important vectors for many serious diseases. As different mosquitoes carry different pathogens, it is of vital importance to identify their species so as to understand the spread and transmission mode of these pathogens. Based on previous reports and current undergoing study, we illuminated the principle and advantages of 96-well microplate chip and made a perspective review on its application for the identification of mosquitoes. This novel technique is accurate, fast and high-throughput. It can shorten the period and increase the efficiency of mosquito identification, which is of great significance for the construction of a safe quarantine barrier.
