中医体质辨识的中医强化管理在社区2型糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于中医体质辨识的中医强化管理在社区2型糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果。方法将纳入慢性病健康管理的400例2型糖尿病患者随机分组,常规组200例实施糖尿病常规管理,中医组200例实施基于中医体质辨识的中医强化管理,观察比较两组管理效果的差异。结果两组患者体质类型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);常规组管理前后各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医组管理后健康知识评分、血糖、血脂、BMI均优于常规组和管理前,中医组各项满意率高于常规组(P<0.05),以上差异均有统计学意义。结论基于中医体质辨识的中医强化管理可有效提高2型糖尿病患者健康认知水平,改善血糖控制水平,提升患者满意度。OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine intensive management based on TCM Constitution identification in the management of patients with type 2 diabetes in community. METHODS 400 cases type 2 diabetic patients were selected and randomly assigned. Routine group had 200 cases of the implementation of the routine management of diabetes, 200 cases of traditional Chinese medicine wnduvted the implementation management of traditional Chinese medicine based on the physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen management, observation and comparison of the differences between the management effect of each group. RESULTS There was no significant difference in the distribution of the two groups（P〉 0.05）. Before and after the routine group management, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Health knowledge score, blood glucose, blood lipid and BMI were superior to the conventional group and the management before treatment, the satisfaction rate of TCM group was higher than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSION Based on the TCM Constitution identification of traditional Chinese medicine intensive management onld effectively improve the level of health awareness in patients with type 2 diabetes, improve blood glucose control level, promote patients＇satisfaction.
