我国页岩气开发的路径思考——基于美国“页岩气革命”的启示

摘　　要：我国的页岩气储量丰富,但其开发整体上仍处于探索阶段,而美国作为页岩气开发最成功的国家,在财政、技术、体制和机制、环保方面具有丰富的经验。基于此,结合我国国情,提出在我国页岩气开发中应采取给予财政支持以降低开发成本、突破水平井技术和水力压裂技术、引入民营企业和完善基础设施、加大环境保护和监管力度等措施,以期为我国页岩气的有效开发提供参考意见。Our country has abundant reserves of shale gas, but the exploration and exploitation process is still in primary step. As the most successful country in the shale gas exploration and exploitation, America has rich experiences in the finance, technology, system and mechanism, and environment. Based on these, it is rec-ommended that our country should offer financial support to the exploration of shale gas according to our cir-cumstance,in order to decrease exploration and exploitation cost, breakthrough the hydraulic fracturing and horizontal well -drilling technique, introduce private enterprise and perfect the infrastructure, and increase the strength of environmental protection and supervision. Hopefully, the study above can provide reference for the effective exploration of shale gas in our country.
