摘  要:彰武断陷是中石化东北油气分公司的新勘探区块。该区块由于地层压力系统比较复杂、油层跨度大、单层薄等特点,采用常规方式固井存在漏失严重、驱替效率低等一系列的问题。针对此进行研究,提出了低压易漏失井双级固井工艺及相应的技术措施。现场应用效果表明,双级固井技术能有效降低低压易漏失井注水泥浆过程中的环空压力,减少固井过程中发生漏失的可能性,使固井质量得到明显提高。Zhangwu faulted depression is a new exploration block of Northeast oil and gas company of Sinopec. Due to the problems of complicated pressure system, large span of oil reservoir and thin single - layer, serious leakage and low displacement efficiency exist for the conventional cementing operation in Zhangwu fault depression. So in this paper research and analysis are conducted and two - stage cementing technology and corresponding technical measures are proposed. Oil field application showed that two -stage cementing technology can effectively decrease the annulus pressure of cementing for low - pressure and easy - leakage well, reduce the possibility of leakage occurred during cementing and improve cementing quality significantly.
