摘  要:针对带式输送机故障发生率较高,同时不能实时远程监测等现状,设计了一种基于LabVIEW和PLC的输送机远程监测与故障诊断系统。该系统集运行信号采集、状态监测、数据库操作和故障诊断于一体,通过对带式输送机关键参数进行实时有效地监测,能够及时地诊断出故障,并显示对应故障参数。其中,利用基于经验模态分解EMD和隐马尔科夫模型HMM算法实现故障诊断与识别。调试结果表明,系统运行稳定,故障信息能够实时显示,且故障诊断的准确率高,是一种有效的带式输送机远程监测与故障诊断系统。At present the bek conveyor contains high failure rate anti me operating c,~,ultl,,,, motely, so a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system is designed based on LabVIEW and PLC. The system a- chieves these functions, including signal acquisition, state monitoring, database operation and fault diagnosis. The key parameters of the belt conveyor can be monitored in real time so that the fauk could be found in time, and the corresponding parameters are displayed. The algorithm based on Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and Hid- den Markov Model (HMM) was used to implement fault diagnosis and recognition. The actual application results show that the system is stable and the fault information can be displayed in real time. Because the accuracy of fault diagnosis is high, it is an effective design of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of belt conveyor.
