2010～2014年郑州市中原区居民呼吸系统疾病死因分析

摘　　要：目的了解郑州市中原区居民呼吸系统疾病死因及分布,为呼吸系统疾病的预防策略的制定提供依据。方法收集2010~2014年中原区死因监测死亡报告数据,用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行分析。结果 2010~2014年中原区因呼吸系统疾病引起死亡1 208例,平均死亡率为41.92/10万,标化死亡率为29.62/10万,不同年份死亡率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。男性年平均死亡率为56.72/10万,女性年平均死亡率为27.23/10万（P〈0.01）。前3位主要死亡原因为慢性下呼吸道疾病、肺炎和呼吸系统其他疾病,占呼吸系统疾病总死亡的88.33%。男性（29.06/10万）和女性（19.85/10万）均以慢性下呼吸道疾病为第一位死因。65岁以下人群呼吸系统死亡处于极低死亡水平,65岁以上人群达到388.17/10万。结论呼吸系统疾病是中原区居民的主要死亡原因之一,以慢性下呼吸道疾病和肺炎为主,主要发生在65岁以上人群。Objective To understand the causes and distribution of the death among residents with respiratory disease in Zhongyuan district,Zhengzhou city,and to provide the basis for development of respiratory system diseases prevention strategy. Methods Data of death causes surveillance in Zhongyuan dstrict,from 2010 to 2014,were collected and analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results There were 1 208 cases died of respiratory system disease.The average mortality was41.92/105 and the standard mortality was 29.62/105.There are statistical significance of the mortalities of different years（P 0.01）.The mortalities of male and female were 56.72/105 and 27.23/105 respectively（P 0.01）.The top three causes of death were chronic lower respiratory diseases,pneumonia and other respiratory tract diseases,which accounted for 88.33% of total death.The main death reason for both males（29.06/105）and females（19.85/105）was chronic lower respiratory diseases.The mortality caused by respiratory system diseases of people under the age 65 was low,however,the mortality of people elder than 65 years old showed a sharp rise which was 388.17/105. Conclusion Respiratory system disease has become the main cause of death of residents in Zhongyuan district,especially for the chronic lower respiratory diseases,mainly among the people 65 years and older.
