摘  要:采用等体积浸渍的方法,以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,通过改变柠檬酸的浓度制备出不同结构的NiO/γ-Al_2O_3单金属催化剂(蛋壳型、蛋清型、蛋黄型)。研究NiO的负载量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对催化剂脱硫性能的影响,确定NiO/γ-Al_2O_3负载型催化剂的最佳制备工艺。结果表明:蛋壳、蛋清、蛋黄型3种催化剂因其内部结构的不同,导致在脱硫反应过程中烟气与催化剂活性组分的接触面积、接触时间不同而对催化剂脱硫性能产生较大影响;负载型催化剂的脱硫性能随着金属负载量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间的改变表现出不同的脱硫效果;NiO/γ-Al_2O_3单金属催化剂的最佳制备条件为:NiO负载量8%,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间4 h,此时催化剂的孔隙结构以及活性组分的含量对脱硫反应最有利。This paper used an equal volume impregnation method,introduced γ-Al2O3 as carriers prepared different structure NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst(egg yolk,egg white,egg shell). And by changing the concentration of citric acid researched the effect on the flue gas desulfurization with different NiO loading,the calcination temperature and the calcinations time. Then selected the most optimal NiO/γ-Al2O3 preparation technology. The experimental results showed that: There are three kinds of catalysts Eggshell,egg whites and eggs yolks with different desulfurization performance due to the different internal structure,which lead to flue gas and catalyst activity group contact area and contact time produced great influence on the catalysts in the desulfurization process; desulfurization varies with the metal loading,calcinations temperature and time change; the optimum preparation conditions of monometallic catalyst is that the amount of 8% NiO,and the most suitable calcinations temperature is 400 ℃,the most suitable calcinations time is 4 h,which is most favorable for the desulfurization reaction because of the pore structure of the catalyst and the content of the active component.
