巨刺法结合补阳还五汤加减治疗缺血性中风偏瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨巨刺法结合补阳还五汤加减治疗缺血性中风偏瘫的疗效。方法:将90例缺血性中风偏瘫患者随机分为对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组,对照组予常规治疗,治疗1组予常规治疗加普通针刺与补阳还五汤加减治疗,治疗2组在常规治疗基础上予巨刺针法与补阳还五汤治疗,对比临床治疗效果。结果:3组治疗后神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评定均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组均能较好地改善神经功能缺损评分及提高日常生活能力,且治疗2组>治疗1组>对照组。总有效率对照组为70.0%,治疗1组为83.3%,治疗2组为96.7%,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:巨刺结合补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风偏瘫更有利于患者肢体功能及生活自理能力的恢复。Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of opposing acupuncture combined with variant Buyang Huanwu Decoction on ischemic post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods： The 90 cases of isehemic post-stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into control group, treatment group No.1 and treatment group No.2. Patients were treated by routine therapy in tThe control group, basic therapy and acupuncture combined with variant Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treatment group No.I, basic therapy and opposing acupuneture combined with variant Buyang Huanwu Decoction in opposing acupuncture combined with variant Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The clinical efficacy was compared among the three groups. Results： The nerve function defect scores and daily life ability were improved in the three groups, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The treatment group No.2 showed better effect on nerve function defect scores and daily life ability than the treatment group No.1, and treatment group No.1 showed better effect than the control group. The total effective rate was 70.0% control group, 83.3% in treatment group No.1 and 96.7% in treatment group No.2; The comparison on clinical effect among the three groups showed statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of opposing acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction are beneficial for the recovery of limb function and living ability of post isehemic stroke patients.
