丹参川芎注射液穴位注射对神经根型颈椎病患者肌电图的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参川芎注射液穴位注射对神经根型颈椎病患者肌电图的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的神经根型颈椎病患者70例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例,对照组给予针刺治疗,治疗组给予丹参川芎注射液穴位注射,观察两组临床症状体征、肌电图变化,评价临床疗效。结果:两组上肢肌电图正中神经、尺神经传导速度治疗后均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后上肢肌电图正中神经、尺神经传导速度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛、麻木评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后疼痛、麻木评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎注射液穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好疗效,可改善患者肌电图,提高神经传导速度。Objective： To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Danshen Chuanxiong Injection on electromyogram in cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： The 70 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 35 cases in each. Patients were treated by acupuncture in control group and acupoint injection with Danshen Chuanxiong Injection in treatment group. The change of clinical symptoms and electromyogram was observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： The nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve increased in the two groups after treatment, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed higher nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The pain and numbness scores decreased in the two groups after treatment, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. And the treatment group showed lower pain and numbness scores than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint injection with Danshen Chuanxiong Injection can provide good efficacy on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy, improve electromyogram and increase nerve conduction velocity.
