中西医结合治疗肛周湿疹30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组予口服依巴斯汀,冰柏液塌渍后外涂地奈德乳膏;对照组口服依巴斯汀片及外涂地奈德乳膏,两组疗程均为2周。结果:治疗后两组的瘙痒程度、渗液及皮损面积评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.7%和76.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肛周湿疹疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on perianal eczema. Methods： The 60 patients with peranal eczema were randomly divided into treatment and control groups by a random digits table method, 30 cases in each. The patients in treatment group were received Ebastine Tablets and smeared with Desonide Cream after collapse stains with Bingboye （;J^- ~＇~.）. The control group was only received Ebastine Tablets and smeared with Desonide Cream. The treatment course was two weeks in two groups. Results： The scores of pruritus, volume of seepage, skin lesion area were improved in the two groups significantly after the treatment （P〈0.05）, and the decrease in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rates were 86.7% and 76.7% respectively in the treatment and control groups, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is effective for perianal eczema.
