药浴联合香薰护理提高宫颈癌术后患者生活质量的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨药浴联合香薰护理对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取68例行宫颈癌根治术住院治疗的患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组及观察组各34例。两组均予术后常规治疗及护理,观察组再予药浴联合香薰护理。观察两组治疗前后患者生活质量、婚姻质量的变化,以及术后并发症和护理满意度。结果:治疗后两组患者生活质量均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者生活质量中疼痛/不舒服、焦虑/抑郁评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者婚姻质量均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者婚姻质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症发生率对照组为23.5%,观察组为5.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总满意率对照组为76.5%,观察组为97.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:药浴联合香薰护理能有效改善宫颈癌术后患者的生活质量,提高患者婚姻质量,降低患者术后并发症,增强患者护理满意度。Objective： To study the effect of medicated soak and aromatherapy nursing on life quality in postoperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods： There were 68 cases of postoperative patients with cervical cancer selected and divided into control and research groups, 34 cases in each, by random numbers. Patients were given routine therapy and nursing in two groups. And the patients in research group were given medicated soak and aromatherapy nursing care again. The life quality, marital quality, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results： The life quality was significantly increased in two groups （P〈0.05）, and the research group showed higher pain/discomfort, anxiety/depression scores than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. The marital quality improved in two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the re search group showed better marital quality than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total complication rate was 23.5% in the control group and 5.9% in research group, and the comparison showed statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. The total satisfaction rate was 76.5% in the control group and 97.1% in research group, and the comparison showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The medicated soak and aromatherapy nursing can effectively increase the life quality of postoperative patients with cervical cancer, improve marital quality, decrease postoperative complications and enhance patient care satisfaction.
