摘　　要：失地老人是伴随城市化而出现的特殊群体,失地后生存性焦虑凸显、社会关系断裂、自我认同缺失等问题使得他们行动起来,通过各种形式的经济参与来改善不利的生活和养老处境。这些经济参与行动的发生,面临着老年就业观念和制度等方面的排斥,失地老人往往发挥主体能动性,借助自我能动力,运用情和理策略,在特有"违规空间"中来得以实现。从未来看,随着制度的完善,失地老人经济参与的行动空间会越来越小,需要从产出性老龄化理念中启迪,倡导一种以"产出性价值"为标准的老年人经济参与。Elderly land-lost farmers are the special groups which are accompanied by urbanization. The problems such as the survival of anxiety, social relationship problem and loss of self-identity make them practice economic participation in order to improve the bad pension situation. In our country, the actions of elderly land-lost farmers are faced with the existing old employment concept restriction and institutional exclusion. Eventually the old achieve their purposes of economic participation by playing the main initiative, having the aid of structure of soft power, using the strategy of emotion and sense in the unique ＂irregular space＂ in our country. In the long run, the space of elderly landlost farmers ＇economic participation will become smaller and smaller with the gradual improvement of the system. We should learn from the idea of predictive age and advocate a kind of economic participation of the elderly in the standard of ＂productive value＂.
