Madelung病超声引导下穿刺活检诊断六例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Madelung病的超声图像特征,评价超声引导下穿刺活检对Madelung病的诊断价值。方法对6例怀疑Madelung病的患者进行超声引导下穿刺活检,对病理结果进行分析,并对Madelung病相关文献回顾分析。结果 6例患者均以枕、颈、背等不同部位对称性隆起为主要临床表现,超声表现为病变部位皮下和肌间隙脂肪堆积增厚,无明显包膜,边界不清,穿刺活检病理结果提示肌层内脂肪组织。结论 Madelung病有特征性超声表现,结合穿刺活检病理结果,可作出明确诊断,为临床治疗提供有价值的信息。Objective To investigated the ultrasound sonogram characteristics of Madelung＇s disease,to assess the clinical value of ultrasound-guided biopsy in diagnosing of Madelung＇s disease. Methods Six patients who were suspected of Madelung＇s disease underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy,and the pathological results were analyzed,while the literatures about Madelung＇s disease were also reviewed. Results All the six patients have the major clinical situation of pulvinar,neck and shoulder symmetric bulge,ultrasound exam showed massive subcutaneous deposits of adipose tissue around the neck,no peplos,obscure boundary,the pathology results of biopsy suggested adipose tissue in the muscular layer. Conclusion Medelung＇s disease is characterized by ultrasound sonogram,together with pathological result of biopsy,which is feasible to obtain final diagnosis,which could provide valuable information for clinical treatment.
