摘　　要：腹腔镜肝脏切除术经过20余年发展,累积病例愈来愈多,技术逐步走向成熟。适用范围不断扩大,技术不断革新和改进,并发症逐步降低,疗效和微创优势逐步被大家认可。复习国内外腹腔镜肝切除术相关文献,就腹腔镜肝脏切除术发展史、适应证、禁忌证、手术方式、断肝技术和并发症预防等方面进行综述。In recent 20 years,accumulating experiences of laparoscopic liver resection promoted the standardized surgical procedures as well as the wider indications. Due to technical innovation and improvement,the complications were gradually reduced,with improved efficacy and minimally invasive advantage gradually,all of which have been recognized by doctors and the majority of patients. This paper reviewed recent literatures of laparoscopic liver resection,and try to summarize the history of laparoscopic hepatectomy,indications,contraindications,operation method,liver lobe division skills and the prevention of complications.
