冀草4号高丹草的引种适应性研究

摘  要:本试验以国审高丹草品种乐食(Sorghum×Sudangrass cv.Leshi)为对照材料,对引进品种冀草4号高丹草(Sorghum×Sudangrass cv.Jicao No.4)在渝西地区的适应性和生产性能等进行综合比较分析。结果表明:冀草4号适宜在重庆荣昌试验点生长,生育期为155 d,较乐食(CK):130 d晚25 d,持久性更好,未见有严重病虫害。冀草4号在垂直高度、分蘖数、叶长、叶宽4个形态学指标上均极显著(P<0.01)优于乐食(CK);在相对高度、干鲜比、茎叶比3个指标上也均显著(P<0.05)优于乐食(CK)。尤其是在鲜(干)草产量表现上,冀草4号极显著(P<0.01)高于乐食(CK)。其中,冀草4号年平均鲜草产量达96 045kg·hm-2,较乐食(49 025kg·hm-2)高47 020kg·hm-2,平均干草产量(29 102kg·hm-2)比乐食(CK)高16 454kg·hm-2。综上所述,冀草4号在重庆荣昌试验点长势较好,生育期较乐食(CK)晚,可利用时间较长,表现出对当地生态条件的适应性,具有作为一种优质高产牧草品种进行种植和推广的潜力。Taking state approved SorghumxSudangrass cv. Leshi as control, comprehensively analysis on adaptability and production performance of introduced cuhivar named Sorghum ×Sudangrass cv. Jicao No.4 in Western of Chongqing region was conducted in this study. The results showed that Jicao No.4 had a better growth performance and found no serious plant diseases and insect pests in Chongqing Rongchang pilot which growth period was 155 d longer than Leshi(130 d) . And the four morphological indexes including vertical height, tiller number, leaf length, leaf width of Jicao No.4 were significantly (P〈0.01) better than Leshi (CK) . Especially the fresh(dry) grass yield of Jicao No.4 (96045 kg.hm-:,29102 kg.hm-2) were significantly (P〈0.01) better than Leshi (CK) that was 49025 kg-hm-: and 12648 kg.hm-2. What's more, the relative height, dry fresh ratio and stem-leaf ratio were significantly (P〈0.05) better than Leshi (CK) .Therefore, Jicao No.4 had a better adaptability to local ecological conditions of Chongqing Rongchang pilot that was available for a longer time than Leshi (CK) . It has potency on cultivation and promotion as a kind of high quality forage grass varieties.
